Joseph Sibcy founded the Sibcy Company in 1930, beginning the tradition of providing outstanding real estate service to the community. The firm was later incorporated in 1954 by his son, Bob. In 1969, Robert N. Sibcy, the grandson of the founder, was thrust into the corporate leadership role at the age of 25 when his father suddenly suffered a severe debilitating illness. "I was a sales agent one day and President of the company the next," Rob recalls.

Starting with one office and 15 sales associates, the company flourished and grew under Rob's leadership and charisma. In 1980, he acquired the Robert A. Cline Company, and Sibcy Cline, Inc. was "born" with 250 agents. He and his wife, Pamela, have remained at the helm of the company providing the leadership and dedication to offer the finest real estate services and a commitment to stay on top of market trends. Their focus has always been directed towards the future. Today, Sibcy Cline has 21 branch offices with over 1,350 real estate agents in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Southeast Indiana.
